We purchase factory-sealed, unexpired, over-the-counter diabetic supplies from individual consumers who paid for those supplies out of pocket or who otherwise own them outright. After inspection at our Colorado facility, we resell the supplies in bulk to licensed medical-supply distributors. This recirculates surplus inventory that would otherwise expire in a drawer and helps lower the cost of essential diabetes management products for people who pay cash for them.

• We do not buy supplies that were paid for in whole or in part by Medicare, Medicaid, Tricare, the VA, the Indian Health Service, or any other government program.
• We do not buy supplies that were billed to a private insurance plan if the seller is not legally permitted to resell them.
• We do not buy opened, used, expired, or damaged supplies.
• We do not buy prescription pharmaceuticals or controlled substances. We are a medical-device resale operation, not a pharmacy.
• We do not distribute supplies to end consumers and we do not sell at retail.

All inbound shipments use prepaid UPS Ground return labels that we generate through Shippo, a licensed multi-carrier shipping platform. We pay UPS directly when each label is scanned. Sellers never pay shipping out of pocket for qualifying shipments.

XBC Group LLC was formed in Colorado and elected S-corporation tax treatment with the Internal Revenue Service. We run our inspection, payment, and customer support operations from one location in the Denver metro area. A single facility lets us keep payment turnaround inside one business day in most cases.
